Ship:
Means any unit capable of
navigation and used for
transport of cargo and
passengers.

Small
Craft:
Includes any pontoon or barge or
boat or launch or yacht
|
|
Certificate :
Means any formal document issued
by – MAD – in accordance with
the international conventions or
national laws or local by laws .

Contract
:Means
any agreement signed between two
or more parties , attested by
(MAD ) . |

Yacht
:
Means small sailing or power
driven vessel used for private
pleasure excursions
|
|
Sea
Protest :
Is
a declaration by the master
explaining damage or loss
sustained to the vessel and or
cargo due to force major or bad
weather beyond his control .

Wreck
:
Means the hull and
superstructures of a grounded
vessel or her left behind parts
