(10) Exchange information with IMO & other organizations or administrations .
(11) Inspect , survey & issue or extent safety mandatory ships certificates .
(12) Issuing recognition certificates for Sudanese officers & engineers .
(13) Issuing Sudanese seaman book .
(14) Control seafarers movement inside Sudanese port .
(15) Administrate , regulate , & control all maritime aspects in Sudan.
