implementations .
(7) Recognition and endorsement of
certificates of compitency for seafarers .
(8) Registration of seafarers , control of
sign On /Off and issue of Seaman Book .
(9) Manning & issue of safe manning
Certificates of Sudanese Ships
(10) Control of seafarers contract of
employment and solving their problems .
(11) Granting of authoriztion to the
classification societies to carry out
surveys and issue statutory certificates to
sudanese ships.
(12) Coordination and exchange of reports
and information with the regional Port State
Control Organizations.
